Ordering Procedure

Your order must contain your name, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this web site.

We give no undertaking as to the availability of products advertised on this web site.

Cancellation due to Error
You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.

Delivery of Your Order
Your order will be shipped within two to five business days after our receipt of your order.

Within Australia: Allow five to ten business days for shipping.

Australian Order Turn Around & Shipping Times: Typically, orders will be shipped within two to five business days from placing your order. Allow five to ten days shipping depending upon where you live in Australia.

Outside Australia: Allow one to two weeks for shipping (depending upon your location).

Whilst we strive to deliver your order on time every time, sometimes unforeseen events will cause delays. If you have not received your order within 21 days, you may contact us at customerservice@heelangels.com and we will provide you with advice as to the status of your order.

In the unlikely event of us running out of stock, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days whilst we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, a Heel Angels Customer Service Consultant will contact you with information regarding when you can expect to receive your order.

If an order is refused for delivery at your address, or you provide us with an incorrect address for delivery, you will be responsible for any associated postage/shipping and handling charges incurred by Heel Angels. Once your order returns to our warehouse, we will issue you with a credit in the amount of the purchase price less any associated postage/shipping and handling charges.
